Landon's 9th Month

Yes, we are mommy and daddy to a 9 month old! I can hardly believe it (except for the fact that our world has been turned upside down, inside out, and backwards!)! Landon went to the doctor's a few weeks ago, and his stats are posted below.

Some new and interesting things about Landon:
*Ever since May 19, Landon's tongue is constantly sticking out of his mouth. Reason? I'm not sure. My theory, his top teeth are coming in and he needs a cushion to shield the bottom teeth from hitting the oh-so-tender bottom teeth.
*He no longer eats any mango at all.
*He LOVES chicken.
*He LOVES to stand up.
*Just today, he showed us, more than once, that he can go from a squatting position, to a standing position WITHOUT HOLDING ON TO ANYTHING!!! (mommy was VERY surprised by this!)
*He loves to suck on his washcloth in the bath tub, and if it goes missing fro his hand he goes into a frantic search for it.
*He likes to suck on the washcloth as well (and our water isn't the cleanest!).
*His new sound is an 'F' sound, and he loves to stick his tongue out and blow.
*Anything that is a toy, he dislikes, and anything that is not a toy, becomes one!
*Those dangerous cords that stick out of the walls and into plugs? He likes them and will occasionally (if mommy and daddy don't catch him fast enough) will chew on them!
*He is a WONDERFUL backseat rider =)
*He will say "Dada" whenever he sees Derry or when Derry walks in the room (It is VERY cute!).
