Awkward . . . .

Awkward.
That is what I would describe what happened last night.
We pay rent on the 5th, but we were gone, so our landlady came over last night.
Before this, we had been working on our new rent house, almost directly across the street from us.
Walter, another missionary in our mission, is helping us out TONS, and he has a Thai/tribal guy, Somchai, that works for him.
Yesterday we had some truck problems and our truck died.
Somchai was over at our house trying to fix the problem, or find a mechanic who could.
When our landlady first shows up, Somchai says, "Hey, you didn't lock up your house over there" (All said in Thai of course).
This of course wasn't the way we wanted to let our landlady find out.
It was awkward.
It was weird.
But we had to continue with it, and get it out.
She understood, but it was still weird.
I feel bad.
We both feel bad.
But we need to move out of this tiny house, only fit for 2 people.
Now, it is said and done, and they know we are moving out.

The awkward is over . . .
