As requested, here is a tour of our new rent house while under renovations. It is ALMOST done! Derry and I went out to look at tile for the kitchen counter top and for the master-bath sink.
As mentioned in our newsletters, we are planning on letting a Thai church use our house for Sunday worship. This should be a fun adventure. The pastor has already come by to check it all out!
We do have a three year lease (so we are here for at least 3 more years!), and I still have big plans for renovating the upstairs bathrooms. That may get done in the NEXT three year lease . . . =)
