Update . . .

These are a few pics we took the night of the surgery. As you can see in the top picture Derry is very pitiful. He is in pain, but handling the pics well. The second picture is one of three small incisions they made in Derry's abdomen. The second two holes are not too far below this one. And no that isn't how his hair grows, they did have to shave it.

Derry is doing a lot better. The nights are long because I wake up every 4 and 6 hours to give him his medicine, but we do get to sleep in! He says today is better than yesterday (so far) and he is getting his appetite back.
