Company!

We are expecting company on Monday night!  Derry's parents and sister will be making their way here, starting Sunday morning (state side time).  We are very excited as this will be our first company to stay with us in our new house and it will be the first time they get to meet/see Emery in person!  Landon will also be able to recognize them now (and we can't wait to see how he reacts to waking up with them here!).

We have been SO BUSY this past week getting everything ready.  Most of it should have already been done.  It has just gotten put off and put off and put off until this week!  Fortunately Derry has been doing stuff non-stop until around 6pm (then dinner, baths, and going to bed).  We have definitely been trying to go to bed earlier these days!

My little angel has been getting up at 5:30 most days and wide awake at 6:30.  I never thought that I would ever be able to wake up that early and be happy about it, but when I see her little face smiling up at me then it makes it all better!  She has such a sweet little spirit about her!

Landon has been making good choices lately.  There are times when he gets a bit whiney, rambunctious, and mischievous, but we get through those times!  He is starting to pray during meal times, which is so stinking cute!  IT is amazing how easily he goes down for nap times and night times now and we have never had a problem with him getting up out of bed at night (or at nap time).  We are continually in awe of how fast he learns things and love him more and more each day!
